Posh Spa Etiquette
To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We invite you to relax with complimentary organic teas, juices or water.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Posh makes every effort to accomodate your busy schedule, and wants to be sure you receive every moment of relaxation you deserve. Please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy for single spa treatments. Spa packages and spa parties require a 48 hour notice. Any changes, cancellations or no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) to your credit card.
Late Arrival Policy- As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled ten minutes after scheduled start time. Late arrivals within the ten-minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
Gratuity
We are committed to providing excellent service to our guests. Our prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, you may do so at the reception desk.
